So many of us get to 50 years old and begin to feeling like our life is quickly passing us by. Our mindset, and society, tell us that we're more valuable in our youth.
I believe the opposite is true!
The older I've become, the more I've gotten away from the role that my parents, ex-husband and others wanted me to play. I've grown and thrived, and everyday I am getting closer & closer to living my authentic life.
This means that my life has so much more purpose and meaning, it's becoming easier and more in flow - and I'm so much happier and more fulfilled then I was when I was trying to live up to everyone else's expectations of how I was supposed to live my life!
I know what it’s like to have limiting beliefs and disempowering stories about aging. I also know what it’s like to feel like your life is stuck in a boring rut of sameness.
